Street Light Serenade: Location Shoot

Following on from Street Light Serenade's studio shoot, it had also been requested to photograph a location shoot during the evening. This meant there wasn't much light for the exposure to be correct without countering this with other setting such as using a slow shutter speed. However, this risked motion blur and camera shake if not on a tripod so I found a way around it. Once again using the Canon 5D, I also used two remotely detonated flash guns which could be linked up together and placed on tripods in different areas and directions. This meant I was able to use a fast shutter speed with an efficient amount of light for a correct exposure.

We moved from different places during the shoot, using locations such as a car park, a pathway under a bridge and Guildhall steps. The rain was another factor that effected us towards the end of the shoot causing issues with focus and the models themselves.

Overall though, some good images were taken with which they were happy with.
